1978
Irving Choran and Pat Giordano founded Agro Meats Inc., as an importer and distributor of frozen beef.
1990
The company expanded their operation to include fresh and frozen poultry from Canada and the United States.
We have interest in a fish company, Tradex Foods.
We have expanded from our original office in Montreal, to presently managing three other offices across the country in Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver in an effort to better service local markets with products that are stored in federally inspected cold storages in these locations.
Our key to success is due in large part to our service oriented approach.
We take great pride in our sterling reputation across the food industry and are always looking to provide our customers with up-to-date market information as well as financing for their purchases.
Our customer base includes food service companies, retailers, supermarkets and value-added producers across North America.
